Dr. Slatter Holding GmbH
DSH Dr. Slatter Holding GmbH was established in 2017 by its founder, Dr. Rolf Slatter, in Limburg an der Lahn. As a holding company, our focus lies on the acquisition, ownership, and management of various types of corporate investments, as well as providing technical and business consulting services for start-ups. We are currently involved in three small and medium-sized companies with the aim of promoting and developing these innovative and growth-oriented companies.

ITK Precisioning GmbH
ITK Precisioning GmbH was founded in 1982 in Lahnau and specialises in the design, development and sale of high-precision mechatronic positioning systems.These include 3D motion platforms and ultra-modern microscope stages. Areas of application include the semiconductor industry, life sciences, material diagnostics, metrology and magnetisation. The medium-sized company employs 70 people. The company was acquired by Dr Rolf Slatter in 2017 and integrated into DSH Dr. Slatter Holding GmbH.
ELSOMA GmbH
ELSOMA GmbH was founded in 1989 in Schwerte and employs 15 people.
ELSOMA is a partner for manufacturers and users of permanent magnets – from the idea to series production. With over 30 years of experience, the company offers products and services for all stages of the value chain in the production and application of magnets for sensors and drives. ELSOMA understands the interplay between magnetics, electronics, mechanics and software in order to realise precise and productive magnetisation and measurement technology. With this expertise, ELSOMA GmbH helps its customers to achieve more precise rotary and linear encoders in automation technology, higher power-density electric drives in electromobility, more precise motion sequences in robots and more reliable switching processes in safety technology. The company was acquired in 2023.
HCP Sense GmbH
In 2025, our holding company has invested in the innovative start-up HCP Sense GmbH. The company develops sensor-based solutions for intelligent condition monitoring of rolling bearings, enabling predictive maintenance at a new level. This investment highlights our long-term commitment to technological excellence and sustainable industrial development in the field of smart machine components.
